Some final ship stat tweaks

The following changes have been made to the r78 ship stats.
- Pegasus: EMP res 36 => 34
- Drake: EMP res 40 => 37
- Demeter: EMP res 35 => 33
- Locust: Damage 50 => 53
- Revenant: Cost 100 => 99
- Revenant: EMP 23 => 22
- Ghost: Damage 21 => 23
- Buccaneer: Damage 29 => 30
- Marauder: Damage 115 => 125
- Marauder: Armor 110 => 113
