Round 31 Signups Open

We're pleased to announce that Round 31 signups are now open. You can signup at http://round31.planetarion.com/signup.pl

The following are a summary of the changes:

Round 31
- changed alliance limit to 90
- covert op training now instant
- inactive planets are now exiled more quickly
- galaxy disband has been removed
- signup now done via e-mail address, not separate username
- downtime procedure has been changed
- bots will be reintroduced tick 200
- New Skin
- Salvage changed to 15% for attackers and 20% for defenders (from 30/40 respectively)
