Easter is safely out of the way and hopefully you are all well rested for another 7 weeks of little sleep.
Besides the minor signup glitch in the first ticks the round is progressing nicely and as always there will be a shuffle at tick 36.
You can join or create a buddypack up to then, but after that the only option to play end up in a friends galaxy is to sign up after tick 336 and take advantage of the late signups feature.

It's probably spread around in the community already, but to limit on 60 working finance centres is no longer in effect. The truth is, it hasn't been for several rounds, this is mainly to a glitch in the resource updating in the ticker which we were unaware of. So instead of fixing this we thought leaving it would provide a new "tactical" option in terms of what constructions to build.
