Havoc and Beyond.

As previously announced, the last tick of the game occurs at 20:00 GMT, this evening.
At 21:00 GMT we're having an End of Round Ceremony with the winners of this round in #planetarion on irc.netgamers.org.

Assuming everything is running to schedule, we hope to have an AllComp competition at 21:55 GMT - this is where those in #planetarion tag their alliances in their nicknames, and the alliance with the most tags at that point wins.

Tomorrow, Saturday 2nd September, havoc will start at 20:00 GMT. Before havoc, starts the following will occur:
Each planet
-receives 600 million resources (divided into metal, crystal and eonium depending on their race)
-receives 1.5k asteroids, again divided up depending on race
-has their constructions reset and set to 20 wave amplifiers, 0 wave distorters, and 10 of everything else
-has every technology fully researched
-now ticks every 15 minutes
-have their fleets recalled
-have their XP reset

They will NOT have their ships reset, or be able to change race.

During havoc we will be continuing our private beta testing. We will also be using havoc as more of a test and trial period for more inexperienced MultiHunters.

After havoc is completed, we will be running some speedgames on the same server. These speedgames are free, with no prizes, and will include some new features that will be present next round. These (potentially) include:
-Xan returning to "old school cloak" - non pod/structure killer ships show up as 0 on galaxy status and overview, and are immune to unit scans as well as fleet scans
-Military Scans returning
-an extra ship technology, enabling a race-specific heavy class ship that targets all ships at once

Ship stats for these speedgames have not yet been decided. The first speedgame, at the latest, will be on the weekend of the 16th / 17th of September.

A provisional date of Friday, October 6th has been set for Round 19 tick start.
