With the first tick just happening, it's about time for another announcement!

Firstly, to repeat:

Round 16 is FREE, and starts Friday 27th at 21:00 GMT (now!) for 8 weeks, with 1 hour ticks.

Exiles have been changed:
Planets in protection can now be exiled
there's a 24 tick delay on exiling planets that land in your galaxy (as opposed to 48 ticks)
self exile is slightly more expensive:-
(value/ 10)*(times self exiled+2)^2
Buddy packed players cannot be exiled by the galaxy commander or self exiled.

Fancy meeting other Planetarion players in Amsterdam? On Saturday the 4th February, Kloopy is visiting and meeting any (ex) Planetarion player that turns up (here for more information).

Minor edit: any planets not upgraded by tick start that were activated more than a day or two ago have gone, as we assumed that free planets would upgrade! If you're having problems logging in, this might be why.
