The number of spaces for late joiners has been reduced by 1 per galaxy. This means that galaxies that are created at shuffle with 5 Buddy Pack members will get no late joiners. Galaxies with 4 Buddy Pack members at the shuffle will get 1 late joiner
Fleet prelaunch has been reduced to 4 ticks for both attack and defence.
