just to officially confirm the following for Round 48.

-After feedback from alliances, the number of alliance members counting towards the alliance limit has been reduced to 50. The alliance itself can still be no more than 60, however.

-The number of spaces for late joiners has gone down by 1 per galaxy. This means that galaxies that are created at shuffle with 5 members in a buddy pack will get no late joiners. Galaxies with 4 members will get 1 late joiner.

-Fleets will only be able to be prelaunched for a maximum of 4 ticks for both attack and defence.

Stats for Round 48 are being tested at http://beta.planetarion.com for all those interested and are now FINAL.

Also, havoc will be extended until at least 20:00 GMT on Monday 30th July.
