All, Round 46 - Sleep Deprived Zombies - is now open.

The changes are as follows:
-Attack prelaunch has changed from 2 ticks to 6 ticks
-Zikonian ships can now steal up to 25% of a target's resources with their new "Galleon" ship (which steals up to 200 resources per ship)
-Ship Stats, Government Bonuses and Race Bonuses are all now provisionally final.

Just a reminder that the only way to guarantee to be in the same galaxy as another player is via buddy packs, found on the preferences screen.
