If you played round 44, then you do not need to signup again, just login using your email and password and you will be prompted to create a planet.
Private galaxies can be created and joined via the preferences page.

Stats, Race Bonuses and Gov Bonuses are final.

Game setup:
-free round
-alliances will be set up on a per-galaxy basis after protection ends
-Private galaxies of 8 and random galaxies
-24 tick protection
-No 'normal' alliances
-No defence limitations
-2 Cluster defence ETA bonus
-30 minute ticks
-shuffle will occur between tick 11 and 12

Private galaxies:
-Private galaxies containing between 5 and 8 planets will move around
-random planets (with more than 50 asteroids) will be placed together into galaxies, along with all private galaxies with 4 or less planets
-Private galaxies can be created in the first 24 ticks
-Planets in protection will be able to join private galaxies
-maximum private galaxy size is 8
