Here is a summary of this round's setup:

Buddy packs: 5 members total
Alliances: 80 members total, 50 count towards alliance score
Stats: available here. Final, like races and governments.

Changes:

Salvage has been slightly rebalanced so that score is less of a factor. However, the bonuses for race and score (small planets get up to 50% more salvage) are still in place.

Minor quest changes (scans are now given as rewards for completing 2 quests)

Core resources have been rescaled and now give up to 25,000 of each resource each tick.

As previously announced, ticks start at 20:00 GMT on Friday, 28th October and continue for 7 weeks.
