Round 36 and Round 37

The final tick of Round 36 occurs at 20:00 GMT on Friday 7th May. The "End of Round Ceremony" (EoRC) starts 21:00 GMT in #planetarion on irc.netgamers.org, where the winners are interviewed. An "allcomp", where the [tags] of the people in #planetarion are counted and summed, will occur after the EoRC at 22:00 GMT, with 3 credits for the winning alliance.
"Havoc" will commence at 09:00 GMT on Saturday, 8th May.
This consists of the following:
500 million resources total donated to each planet
10,000 asteroids total donated to each planet
Fleets will be returned but not emptied
Construction limit increased to 1000
Ticks will be every 15 minutes
HCT mining limit increased to 800,000
Havoc ends Friday, 14th May at 20:00 GMT.
As always, we will be running a round name competition. Please submit your suggestions to name Round 37 to email@example.com, with the subject name "Round 37 Name Suggestion". We will shortlist the submissions during havoc and will have voting on the forums. The winning entry will be awarded with a credit.
The Round 37 Galaxy setup similar to this round:
Buddy packs of up to 8, shuffled so all galaxies have ~ 8 players in them
Random galaxies around 13, all self exiles/ exiles / signups land here.
Random galaxies have 1 late signup member each after tick 336.
Private galaxies are allowed late signups whenever they have fewer than 8 players in their galaxy after tick 336.
The maximum amount of members allowed in an alliance will be kept at 100 members.
The amount of members that count towards an alliance score will be dropped to 50.
The combined total amount of members that two merging alliances have to have whilst merging is 60.
Next round's ship statistics will be based on single targetting and two pod classes for all races.

Round End: Friday 23rd July 20:00 GMT
Beta testing to start around the 21st May
