Havoc will run from: 12:00 GMT 26/12 until 12:00 GMT 02/01
Ticks will be every 20 minutes at xx:00, xx:20 & xx:40 (this may change)

The customary resource and roid donations will be given at random intervals during the havoc period.

Constructions and research have been updated.
All fleets have been erased and sent home
All gal funds have been emptied

We are aware that there is a problem with the maximum number of roids that a planet can mine, and the number of structures that a planet can usefully use. This however cannot be fixed at the current time until Spinner is well enough to change the relevant details.
