Round 33 Signups Are Open

Major changes for this round include:
- Signup simplified
- Base fleet can now be ordered not to take part in combat [though ships produced will still be put in that fleet].
- Can add personal notes to planets
- Quick mail option from the galaxy page
- Bcalcs are now able to be added to reported fleets
- More comprehensive ranking pics
- New stats
And as the previous announcement said, buddypacks will be at a total of 5 planets, and the alliance limits will be at max 70 with the top 60 counting towards score.
