General Update

Round 32 has two more major changes:
the new alliance limit will be 70 and not 80 as previously announced. 60 Members will continue to count towards score.

Salvage for defending ships will be 20% of the cost of attacking ships lost in combat, and 30% of the cost of defending ships lost in combat.
