Just a small update.
I'm happy that we've now resolved the issue about hexing IPs, so it looks like we're good to go with next round's integrated IRC.
I'm also thinking of adding in production to count towards value, with 200 resources in production giving 1 value.*
I'm also looking at bringing back scan notifications in news again, to make distorters more interesting.
