There seems to be an issue with opera and it's causing people to be unable to log in to pa. This issue is not just limited to us it's affecting other things as well.
This is an issue in the browser itself with cookie creation, they probably screwed something up that's been affected by the little thing happening yesterday.

A quick fix for this is to just simply put your system time back to 2008 (you might have to delete any cookies created by pa, if there is any), in regards to pa there isn't too much to log in for as havoc ends tomorrow, but since this is a browser issue, you'll have problems with other sites you log into as well if the cookies expire or new ones has to be created on login.

So until opera finds their flaw and release an update, this is a workable solution.

You can also just use a different browser for the time being, like Firefox.
