The game was stopped and closed due to an issue regarding production. The issue has been located and fixed. Funnily enough, it's almost 15 rounds old.

The first signs of the issue we can find is at around 13:15-13:20 GMT, so we'll rollback to the backup at 12:30 GMT. All fleets will be recalled.
We'll reopen the game at 12:00 GMT on Sunday 23rd Nov and the tick will happen at 13:00 GMT.
We're aware that this is a bit shorter than 24 hours but hopefully it should still be enough time for people to notice and we keep ticks happening at the same time of day.
We apologise for this having happened and any impacts it has on people's round.
