Unfortunate downtime

Due to an unfortunate mishap about 3 billion resources were given to all planets and obviously this had to be corrected. An attempt at removing the resources was made, however some players had already spent parts/all of their "additional funds", so it was decided to do a rollback.
The accident happened in tick 76 which was from 22:00 to 23:00 GMT, luckily it happened after the backup at 22:30 GMT so the rollback were in effect only 20 min.
We apologise for this having happened and for the downtime, but it sadly had to be done. Though we loose 24 ticks, the impact on the game should be rather low considering we're only 3 days into the round.
The game will stay closed until 22:30 GMT on 19th August giving people 30 min to sort things out before the next tick.
