The Universe Committee for Planet Development (UCPD) has released a document for Xandathrii players which should act as a rough guide to the first stages of their planet's lifespan. The document has been made available on this portal website at http://www.planetarion.com/plans/xan_tick_plan.htm.

Other races may well find this document useful as it outlines a suitable order for constructions and researches for the first 72 ticks of the game.
