Final R21 Details

We'd like to announce a few finalisations to Round 21.
Firstly, the stats have been finalised and can be located in the manual ship statistics page.

Secondly, we've changed the limits for the "Heavy Cargo Transfer" branch of the technology tree. In effect, we've removed the 50 asteroid limit and so now each planet can mine up to 100 asteroids before any research in this branch. We've added a 10,000 asteroid research at the end of the branch, so that it's the same length. Again, this is reflected in the manual tech tree page.

We'd also like to mention that Advanced Unit Scans no longer suffer from distortion (unlike the basic Unit Scans).

Finally, we'd like to mention the QuakeNet chat, happened last night, as announced, on QuakeNet. A log of the whole session can be found in our CH section here. It went quite successfully and we thank everyone who turned up and asked questions.
