We apologies for the fact it's a day late - the location of our servers is currently a hive of activity of moving servers, and that's caused a few technical difficulties (including turning the whole place into an oven). We've been promised a fan near our servers

Some of the details for Round 19 not yet mentioned are:

-Alliance limits are now 80 members from tick 0; however, only the top 70 members count towards the alliance limit.
-The XP formula has changed to roids * 10 * (min(2,target_score/planet_score) + min(2,target_value/planet_value) - 1)
-EMP is now also 'old school'. EMP ships are equipped with EMP guns that fire at ships. The ships now have a % chance (called 'EMP Resistance') to deflect that EMP shot. This means that EMP damage is now random again.
-Ship stats will be released soon, but don't expect them to be final until approximately this weekend.
